About the role
- Execute full-cycle recruiting processes for technology roles, from sourcing strategy through offer negotiation and onboarding, managing 30-40 active requisitions simultaneously.
- Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to develop tailored recruitment strategies that align with business objectives and drive talent capability improvements.
- Champion recruitment best practices by educating business leaders, providing interview guidelines, and influencing current hiring practices to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Drive global mindset initiatives through innovative sourcing strategies and diverse talent pipelines, ensuring exceptional candidate experiences that strengthen S&P Global's employer brand.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Benefits, People Services, and Finance teams to deliver seamless recruitment solutions and continuous process improvements.
- Leverage advanced recruiting technologies and ATS platforms (Workday) to optimize recruitment metrics including quality, time-to-fill, and cost-per-hire.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle technology recruiting experience with demonstrated success in high-volume recruitment environments.
- Proven experience managing stakeholder relationships and communicating recruitment processes to hiring managers.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar platforms for managing recruitment workflows.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, or similar professional networks for identifying passive candidates.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to present confidently to both small and large groups.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience in talent acquisition.
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness to understand client needs and industry trends.
- Collaborative mindset with ability to work effectively across global, cross-functional teams.
