About the role
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
- Understand client business needs and provide consultative guidance on the Market Intelligence suite of solutions.
- Drive revenue growth through renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, customer support) to ensure client satisfaction and successful onboarding.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to provide actionable insights.
- Deliver product demonstrations, training, and presentations to clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Proven experience in account management or sales within the Energy & Materials industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with S&P Global Market Intelligence products is a plus.
