About the role

  • Leverage data-driven insights combined with deep customer and market intelligence to anticipate customer needs and ensure marketing initiatives deliver exceptional customer-centricity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Research to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Measure campaign effectiveness through comprehensive analytics and reporting.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and thought leaders.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred. A degree in Marketing would be an advantage but not essential.
  • Experience: An S&P Global employee at this level would typically have 7 years of experience in sales or revenue/demand generation roles with deep knowledge of the sales funnel.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g. Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • AI: Experience with AI tools which may be leveraged for marketing purposes.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and presentation. Communicates with authenticity and clarity and acts upon data-informed intuition.
  • Creative Thinking: Ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working collaboratively across departments, including sales, product development, and senior leadership.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions and business needs. You will demonstrate the ability to make difficult decisions and adapt to changing circumstances.
