About the role
- Grade Level (for internal use): 07 The Agent Services team is a Syndicated Loans Agency operations team performing operational tasks to support borrowers and lenders. Administering lending portfolios and lifecycle events of deals Communicating with clients, borrowers, and lending syndicate members Partnering with other S&P Global business lines to support global operating model and local client base Executing operational requirements to manage lifecycle events of syndicated loans Supporting junior staff with deal complexities Interpreting legal documents to ensure compliance with deal terms Answering client, borrower, and lender queries promptly Financial analysis to ensure accruals and pricing mechanics are correct Managing outstanding work items aligned with KPIs Ensuring high accuracy to minimize operational risk
Requirements
- BA or BS or equivalent experience 1 year+ of relative business experience Customer relations experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Organized and detail-oriented Analytical with good problem-solving initiative Team collaboration mindset Microsoft Excel experience Preferred: Banking or investment industry experience Preferred: Syndicated Loan experience Right to Work Requirements: Limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.
