Assist with client inquiries related to regulatory requirements.
Facilitate contracting processes and manage follow-up inquiries.
Liaise with multiple divisions including Legal, Product, Operations, and Technology to find resolutions.
Collaborate with critical MI vendors to align them with our requirements.
Handle ad-hoc inquiries for critical clients efficiently.
Respond to one-off events and ensure timely resolutions.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory changes.
Participate in client calls to address concerns and provide solutions.
Escalate issues internally as needed to ensure prompt resolution.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent professional experience in client success, Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM).
Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in client facing role.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Demonstrated client-centric approach to resolving inquiries effectively.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at engaging and influencing stakeholders across all levels.
