About the role
- Perform logical interpretation and summarization of commercial and operational terms and obligations in buy-side and sell-side contracts and evaluate them against project requirements.
- Leverage tech platforms/solutions to perform contract abstraction, contract management and commercial analytics undertakings.
- Perform commercial analytics on data sourced from contracts and prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and snapshots for stakeholders to aid decision making.
- Review work papers to ensure they are updated in the central repository and comply with Re-performance standards.
- Monitor and interpret tax regulations and provide advice on the impact of regulatory changes to help clients stay compliant and adapt tax strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-4 Years of Commercial Assurance
- Experience in Risk Management / Internal Audit / Process Reviews / Contract Administration domain
- Significant focus on Order to Cash / Revenue Management + Procure to Pay / Source to Pay functions
- Preferred sector experience: Healthcare & Pharmaceuticals, Real Estate and Infra, EPC, Energy / Power
- Preferred: Experience in Commercial Assurance
- Education Qualification: CA or MBA in Finance
- Degrees/Field of Study required: Master of Business Administration, Chartered Accountant
