Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Administration, Human Resources, or Accounting
  • Solid knowledge of payroll processes (hiring, payroll calculation, vacation, termination, 13th salary, taxes) and eSocial
  • Previous experience with payroll system(s)
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, formulas)
  • Knowledge of labor and social security legislation
  • Curiosity to test routines — comparing, validating, and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Systemic understanding of how payroll/HR routines connect
  • Logical reasoning
