Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Accounting
Solid knowledge of payroll processes (hiring, payroll calculation, vacations, termination, 13th salary, taxes) and eSocial
Previous experience with payroll system(s)
Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, formulas)
Knowledge of labor and social security legislation
Curiosity to test routines, compare and validate results, and identify improvement opportunities
Systemic view of how payroll routines interconnect
Logical reasoning
It is a plus if you:
Basic knowledge of SQL
Previous experience in customer support.
