About the role

  • Diagnose and resolve service requests for Pro‑AV systems (remotely and onsite)
  • Communicate clearly with clients to identify issues and provide solutions
  • Escalate unresolved issues appropriately and follow through to final resolution
  • Manage warranty replacements and ensure proper documentation
  • Prepare tools, parts, and equipment for service calls
  • Keep accurate time records
  • Maintain clean, organized workspaces and vehicles
  • Deliver updates to the Client Care & Service Coordinator
  • Represent the company with professionalism and exceptional customer care

Requirements

  • 1+ years of hands-on experience installing and troubleshooting integrated commercial Pro‑AV system
  • Strong ability to diagnose A/V/L/C systems down to the component level
  • Experience with Q-SYS, Crestron, Extron , and similar platforms is highly valued
  • Solid understanding of control systems and audio/video signal flow
  • Basic low-voltage electrical knowledge
  • AVIXA CTS certification preferred (or able to obtain within 6 months)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently from a home-based environment
  • Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
  • Comfortable working at heights and lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Skill in reading blueprints, schematics, and using hand/power tools
  • Flexibility to work occasional after-hours emergencies
