Client Services Representative

• Diagnose and resolve service requests for Pro‑AV systems (remotely and onsite)
• Communicate clearly with clients to identify issues and provide solutions
• Escalate unresolved issues appropriately and follow through to final resolution

AV Client Care Specialist

Sales

• Responsible for sourcing new and working with existing customers to help them solve their Audio, Visual, Lighting, and Controls (A/V/L/C) needs
• Active and ongoing prospecting of potential customers by exhibiting a consultative sales approach to determine a customer's audio, video, and lighting needs
• Develops price quotations and bid responses that are timely, complete, accurate, and profitable
• Turns quotes/bids into actual ”Sales” by developing a professional and trusted relationship with the customer, product manufacturers and internal engineering personnel
• Maintains a strong sales pipeline with detailed weekly reporting
• Maintains a thorough understanding of our products and services and stays abreast of new A/V/L/C equipment, gear, accessories, and industry trends
• Responds promptly to customer inquiries and effectively resolves any questions/issues/complaints; confers with management when needed
• Attend weekly meetings and participates in periodic training and product education sessions
• Daily travel in this area to source, visit and grow customer relationships

Account Executive, Sales

Engineer

• Interfaces with a variety of internal department staff and client contact(s) in the commissioning process to analyze and resolve all technical escalations
• Handling client requested changes to scope of work (change orders)
• Ensure that latest code version is stored on the project server define audio system controls
• Assisting with field questions and clarifications
• Assists with system installations, when needed
• Provide client training on AV systems
• Responsible for redlining CAD documentation for as-built purpose
• Creating control system code and configurations for Q-SYS, Crestron, Extron, etc.
• Field testing and escalating and resolving issues with equipment and programs
• Communicating punch items to project manager
• IP configuration of all AV devices residing on a network
• Filling out IP tables and storing these on the project server
• Managing versions and storing final DSP code on the project server
• Rack testing and escalating and resolving issues with equipment
• Completing commissioning QC checklists
• Other duties as assigned

AV Field Commissioning Engineer

Designer

• Support the design and documentation of commercial audio-visual systems used in corporate offices, education, government, houses of worship and other professional environments
• Gain exposure to real projects—from concept through installation
• Assist with the design of commercial AV systems, including video, audio, control, and collaboration technologies
• Create and update drawings such as system layouts, floor plans, elevations, and rack drawings
• Support senior engineers with equipment selection, system documentation, and design reviews
• Learn to interpret architectural drawings, scopes of work, and client requirements
• Assist in developing bills of materials (BOMs) and technical documentation
• Participate in project meetings and collaborate with engineering, project management, and installation teams
• Occasionally visit job sites to better understand system implementation and installation best practices

AV Design Intern

• Troubleshoots and solves client service requests for AV equipment either remotely or onsite
• Interacting with clients to clearly define, diagnose and fix system problems/issues
• If unable to resolve, will escalates the issue to the appropriate person and continually follows up until there is a final resolution
• Initiates and follows through on any equipment that needs to be replaced under warranty, etc.
• Gathers and organizes equipment, parts and tools needed for each service call
• Keeps inventory of needed equipment & parts and submits timely requests when inventory is low
• Arrives at client site at agreed upon time or immediately communicates any delays
• Provide timely updates to the Client Care & Service Coordinator
• Accurately and timely documents all work time in Q360 which includes time spent on service calls and/or other client interactions
• Help clean and straighten up the shop and company vehicles (if working onsite)
