💰 $96,000 - $120,000 per year
About the role
- Ensure a safe workplace and promote safety standards set by the organization
- Oversee a crew of two to eight field personnel
- Manage site activities, materials, and equipment
- Work with project manager and assigned engineer to identify material and equipment needed
- Direct receiving of equipment and materials at the job site
- Track receiving tickets and bills of laden
- Organize shipments and activity on the work site deployment of shipments, invoices, and project expenses
- Travel may be required depending on the project or contract
Requirements
- High School or GED Required
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in civil, tower, electrical, concrete, or structural construction experience
- Minimum two (2) years of experience leading teams in a construction environment
- Three (3) years of experience operating heavy equipment (excavator, drill rig, hoist, crane, reach fork, etc.)
- Bachelor’s or Associates degree in a related field (preferred)
- Current and unencumbered driver’s license
- CPR and First Aid Training (preferred)
- OSHA 30 (preferred)
