About the role
- Identify and pursue new workforce solutions opportunities with enterprise organizations
- Build relationships with CHROs, Heads of Talent Acquisition, HR Operations leaders, and business executives
- Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting through contract negotiation and close
- Work with internal recruiting and operations teams to design customized workforce solutions
- Structure programs including Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), embedded recruiting, and talent operations support
- Define engagement models, pricing structures, and delivery frameworks
- Develop long-term relationships with enterprise clients
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Serve as a strategic advisor on workforce and recruiting infrastructure
- Close large workforce solutions engagements and contribute to the growth of the practice
- Help establish anchor clients and long-term partnerships
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of workforce solutions, staffing, or talent services sales
- Proven experience selling enterprise services such as RPO, embedded recruiting, staffing, or workforce outsourcing
- Demonstrated success closing $500K–$2M+ services deals
- Experience working with enterprise HR and talent acquisition leaders
- Strong consultative sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
