About the role
- Work closely with the Product and Marketing General Manager.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that align with the company’s expansion goals.
- Monitor and report on progress, ensuring that objectives are met within established timelines.
- Drive operational efficiencies to optimize performance and maximize profitability in your designated area.
- Act as a thought leader, contributing to the overall strategic direction of the company.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in strategy or management roles, preferably with backgrounds in leading consultancy firms.
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of successfully managing complex projects.
- Highly motivated, with an intense, entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for driving change.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
