About the role
- Plan, build, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other high-performing channels.
- Conduct comprehensive audits of current ad accounts to identify areas for growth and immediate performance improvements.
- Develop and execute strategic media plans focused on driving high-quality traffic, engagement, and conversions while maintaining a strong ROAS.
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure ad creatives and copy reflect the brand’s luxury positioning and resonate with the target audience.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and report on key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Use data-driven insights to continuously refine targeting, bidding, and creative strategy.
- Stay updated on digital advertising trends, algorithm changes, and emerging channels relevant to luxury and lifestyle brands.
- Manage and allocate budgets efficiently to maximize results across campaigns.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience managing paid media for premium or e-commerce brands.
- Proven success scaling ad accounts across Google Search, Shopping, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset — you speak in terms of ROAS, CTR, CVR, and CAC, not just impressions.
- Experience working with U.S.-based companies or clients, understanding their market dynamics and communication standards.
