About the role
- sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer (negotiation & acceptance) completion of contractor hiring administrative processes, and on-boarding of new contractors
- administrating defined external/internal recruitment processes to ensure accounts are fully recruited
- developing/managing relationships with Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, Human Resources, and recruitment team-mates
- responsible for recruitment updates and keeping the management team informed of market conditions affecting contractor recruitment
- meet Customer Satisfaction objectives with full recruitment of all assigned accounts
- performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- H.S. Diploma/GED, Required
- 2 years or more in experience Full life-cycle recruiting experience, Required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook) Intermediate, Required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, Required
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments, Required
- Demonstrates customer service skills, Required
