About the role

  • Conduct and participate in all phases of local HR investigations
  • Oversee daily administration of reported concerns within ServiceNow and Navex case management systems
  • Manage employee relations matters by providing supervisors and managers with policy interpretation
  • Partner with Operational Management/Business HR/ Labor Relations/Legal Teams to create solutions to complex Employee Relations situations
  • Ensure high-quality Human Resources support for the company through performance management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in human resources, organizational management, law or equivalent major; or, additional four (4) years of required experience
  • Five (5) years or more in HR compliance, HR generalist or employee relations
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
