Conduct and participate in all phases of local HR investigations
Oversee daily administration of reported concerns within ServiceNow and Navex case management systems
Manage employee relations matters by providing supervisors and managers with policy interpretation
Partner with Operational Management/Business HR/ Labor Relations/Legal Teams to create solutions to complex Employee Relations situations
Ensure high-quality Human Resources support for the company through performance management

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in human resources, organizational management, law or equivalent major; or, additional four (4) years of required experience
Five (5) years or more in HR compliance, HR generalist or employee relations
Proficiency in MS Office suite
Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
