About the role
- Conduct and participate in all phases of local HR investigations
- Oversee daily administration of reported concerns within ServiceNow and Navex case management systems
- Manage employee relations matters by providing supervisors and managers with policy interpretation
- Partner with Operational Management/Business HR/ Labor Relations/Legal Teams to create solutions to complex Employee Relations situations
- Ensure high-quality Human Resources support for the company through performance management
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in human resources, organizational management, law or equivalent major; or, additional four (4) years of required experience
- Five (5) years or more in HR compliance, HR generalist or employee relations
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
