About the role
- Support VP of Strategy and Corporate Development with development of long-range strategic plan and work cross-functionally to translate into annual plans
- Act as a thought partner to leadership, facilitating strategic planning process and helping leaders shape data-driven plans to identify and address business issues and opportunities
- Conduct internal and external primary and secondary research activities, financial modeling / growth projection analyses, and build and deliver executive ready deliverables
- Identify, assess, and prioritize growth opportunities
- Lead ad-hoc strategy & development initiatives, as needed
- Provide internal consulting support for high-priority initiatives
- Leverage structured problem solving frameworks to drive decision-making
- Partner with cross-functional teams in driving execution of high-impact projects
- Partner with and advise leadership on topics relevant to their own functional areas
- Act as liaison for relevant strategic initiatives, and help develop and track implementation plans to ensure the right level of focus and discipline

Requirements
- Master’s degree in business or equivalent preferred
- 5-10 years’ experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, or corporate strategy
- 3+ years’ healthcare experience
- Highly collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across all departments to build trusted partnerships with various stakeholders
- Excellent communication (both oral and written), interpersonal and organizational skills
- Strong financial, analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to apply these skills in complex situations with competing priorities
- Highly motivated, self-starter
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously with excellent attention to detail
- PBM experience preferred
