- Define the compensation approach across our global businesses
- Design and roll out the policy and process framework for RWS globally
- Define the RWS compensation governance framework
- Ensure our compensation programs remain competitive across all markets
- Provide training and guidance to Leaders, Managers and the HR partners
- Own the global job architecture framework
- Develop and maintain the compensation module within our HRIS system
- Develop a global metrics and feedback system
Requirements
- 10+ years prior experience in international compensation management
- Experience working in client-centred roles would be a plus
- Ability to partner with all levels of the organization
