About the role
- Source participants across multiple countries and user types
- Build partnerships with communities, groups, and networks
- Run scrappy growth experiments (referrals, incentives, outreach)
- Own logs end-to-end once supply is live
- Track daily progress and adjust quickly
- Work closely with QA and Ops to ensure quality and speed
Requirements
- Business Development background (early-stage or scrappy environments)
