Customer Support

• Provide prompt and professional customer support to clients via email and phone
• Investigate customer queries and information thoroughly using Xero and other relevant systems
• Use and comply with the company’s ticketing systems, such as Freshdesk
• Keep up to date with changes to systems and flag issues to the Finance Manager
• Review automated invoices and quotes for accuracy and completeness before issuing
• Correct invoice and quote errors after issuing when necessary
• Assist with account reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records
• Contact clients regarding credits or overpayments and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Ensure invoices are paid on time according to company payment terms
• Assist the team with processing company bills and receipts
• Understand, maintain, and manage the company’s accounting systems
• Protect confidential information and ensure GDPR compliance
• Complete general administrative tasks, update documentation, and meet scheduled deadlines
• Undertake other reasonable work of a similar level as requested by the Finance Manager or Director of Operations
