About the role

  • Handle and close qualified inbound leads (incoming inquiries, warm prospects).
  • Execute targeted outbound activities (cold calls, callbacks, follow-ups).
  • Quickly qualify restaurant operators' business needs.
  • Clearly present RusHour's offerings and their value proposition.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle: contact → qualification → closing.
  • Update the CRM and ensure rigorous pipeline follow-up.
  • Meet and exceed monthly signing targets.
  • Ramp up quickly on our products, market, and tools.

Requirements

  • Strong commercial drive: you want to sell, perform, and earn money.
  • Comfortable on the phone with strong persuasion skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-changing environment.
  • Results- and performance-oriented mindset.
  • B2B sales / closing / cold-calling experience is a plus but not required.
  • Autonomy, discipline, and reliability.
