About the role
- Handle and close qualified inbound leads (incoming requests, warm prospects).
- Execute targeted outbound activities (cold calls, follow-ups, re-engagements).
- Quickly qualify restaurant owners' business needs.
- Clearly present RusHour’s offerings and their value.
- Manage the entire sales cycle: contact → qualification → closing.
- Update the CRM and maintain rigorous pipeline follow-up.
- Meet and exceed monthly signing targets.
- Rapidly ramp up knowledge of our offerings, market, and tools.
Requirements
- Strong commercial drive: you want to sell, perform, and earn money.
- Comfortable on the phone with proven persuasive ability.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-moving environment.
- Results- and performance-oriented mindset.
- Experience in B2B sales / closing / cold calling is a plus but not required.
- Autonomy, discipline, and reliability.
