Own docs.runpod.io end-to-end as a product, including information architecture, content strategy, structure, and continuous improvement of all documentation surfaces
Design and maintain a documentation experience that enables developers and agents to quickly understand, integrate, and successfully operate on Runpod with minimal friction or ambiguity
Create and curate high-quality technical content across APIs, SDKs, tutorials, quickstarts, and conceptual guides, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency with the evolving platform
Partner deeply with product, engineering, and DevRel to translate complex systems into intuitive, usable documentation, and ensure docs are shipped in lockstep with product releases
Establish documentation standards, tooling, and review processes to ensure scalability, consistency, and high signal-to-noise across all content
Instrument and iterate on documentation using feedback, usage data, and developer behavior to continuously improve both human and agent consumption of Runpod capabilities
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in AI, machine learning, and cloud computing to inform content creation
Analyze content performance and user engagement to continually improve content strategy

Requirements

3+ years of experience in technical content writing, preferably in cloud computing, AI, or developer tools
Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and engagingly
Excellent understanding of SEO principles and how to apply them to technical content
Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and GPU technology concepts
Experience in creating various content types, including blog posts, whitepapers, and case studies
Strong research skills and ability to quickly grasp and articulate complex technical topics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with content management systems and basic HTML
Familiarity with video script writing and technical presentation creation is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technical Writing, or related field preferred
Successful completion of a background check
