Cloud Engineer

• Lead end-to-end negotiations for intricate, high-value agreements. Effectively negotiate key commercial terms, prioritizing optimal payment schedules, the structuring of costs against cash flow, and the strategic discounting of credits.
• Manage relationships with critical suppliers, ensuring Runpod secures the best possible terms for infrastructure needs.
• Act as the primary bridge between the procurement team and Legal. Review complex contract clauses, translate commercial requirements into legal frameworks, and streamline the contract execution process. This role requires a working level of contract law in order to keep pace.
• Analyze procurement data and vendor proposals to forecast expenses, mitigate supply chain risks, and drive continuous cost improvements without sacrificing quality or deployment speed. This role requires a working level of FP&A in order to keep pace.

Senior Procurement Officer – Supply, Cloud Infrastructure

Revenue Operations

• Create and manage a structured onboarding program for all new employees across Engineering, Product, GTM, Finance, and Operations
• Partner with cross functional stakeholders to maintain onboarding materials and ensure information stays accurate and current
• Build scalable onboarding systems and feedback loops to improve the employee onboarding experience
• Track onboarding completion metrics and new hire ramp performance

• Own Runpod's developer relations strategy: define the programs, content, and engagement motions that drive developer adoption, education, and advocacy
• Create high-quality technical content: tutorials, guides, sample applications, benchmarks, integration walkthroughs, and video demos that help developers succeed on the Runpod platform
• Build and maintain reference architectures, sample repos, and integration examples that demonstrate Runpod's capabilities across inference, training, fine-tuning, and agent workloads
• Represent Runpod at developer conferences, meetups, and community events (AI/ML conferences, KubeCon, NVIDIA GTC, PyCon, etc.); deliver technical talks and workshops
• Engage actively in the open-source AI ecosystem: contribute to relevant projects, build integrations with popular frameworks (PyTorch, Hugging Face, vLLM, LangChain, etc.), and cultivate relationships with maintainers
