• Sourcing new US Ambassadors (40%): You’ll work closely with our US Ambassador Lead, to source new US ambassadors who will train with Runna for their training goals and expertly showcase the value of the app to their audience.
• Owning the relationships (50%): We want Ambassadors to love working with Runna because they love working with you! You’ll end-to-end manage relationships with the Ambassadors you source, ensuring we’re building strong, empathetic, long-term relationships.
• Supporting US race trip & event activations (10%): Supporting the Ambassador, Partnerships and Events teams to host incredible activations for our Ambassadors and Runna customers.

Customer Support

• Customer Support on Intercom: Responding promptly to customer inquiries via our in-app customer experience platform to a world-class standard; helping our customers get the best possible experience from the Runna App and ultimately helping them to achieve their running goals and love their training along the way! We want to provide the best Customer Support in the Health & Fitness Industry and want to find ambitious individuals who want to help us take that next step
• Supporting our Community with Technical & Coaching Escalations: You’ll be up-skilled to help our Customers with their Coaching and Technical queries in intercom! Whether that’s an issue syncing a run to Strava, or understanding how RPE works, we’ll help you to provide industry leading responses to our Community - proving an experience so good that they have to tell their friends.
• Owning our IOS, Google & Trustpilot review platforms: We’ll be leaning into your customer service experience expertise to help respond to our Customer reviews! You’ll be responsible for responding and outreaching to members of our Community who have had a poor experience with Runna, in the hopes that we can turn it around. You’ll liase with our Product team to organise feedback sessions with Customers to make sure we’re building an App, driven by Community feedback.
• Supporting at local Runna Events in Sydney: Where possible, we’ll involve you at Runna Events! We want our Customer Experience Team to be as close to our Community as possible. We’ll invite you to Runna Events (Shake-Out Runs, Ambassador Events, Marathon activations) to give you the opportunity to support our Community in real life!

Part-Time Customer Experience Associate

Data Analyst

• Lead a team of data analysts to support the diverse needs of the Analytics team, focusing on user and subscription growth
• Drive strategic analytics initiatives to improve the efficiency and impact of the growth of Runna’s community and subscription product
• Establish a learning agenda to create a foundation for robust product and business growth strategies
• Partner with product, marketing, and business teams to design and interpret A/B tests to drive explainable user and subscription growth outcomes
• Establish best practices for analytics, experimentation, data quality, and insights communication
• Conduct deep dive analyses to surface actionable insights related to trends in key business metrics

Senior Data Analytics Manager

Product Manager

• We’re looking for a talented Associate Product Manager to join our Insights Team at Runna.
• Work on AI-powered features that deliver personalised, actionable insights aligned with the Runna coaching philosophy.
• Support the processes for evaluating, iterating, and improving these insights across the product.
• Speak to our customers to uncover needs, pain points, and opportunities to make Runna more useful.
• Analyse the performance of your features to prioritise and inform product decisions.
• Work closely with 5–7 engineers, learning to inspire, organise, and lead collaboratively.
• Build strong relationships with the wider team, including coaching, marketing and customer experience.

Associate Product Manager

• Report directly to Head of Product and take ownership of the Train product pillar
• Lead and manage a world-class cross-functional Train Team of ~30 people (engineers across ML, modelling/simulation, full-stack, product managers, designers)
• Directly manage and mentor a team of three product managers, developing their capabilities and careers
• Define vision, set north star, own product strategy and roadmap for the Train Team
• Build the next layer of leadership within the product org
• Raise the bar for product excellence by setting expectations, frameworks and lightweight processes
• Act as feedback loop between market signals, team performance and company goals; remove organisational blockers
• Collaborate closely with founders, leadership, coaches and wider product team
• Work at scale: ensure adaptive training engine and ML models process millions of workouts weekly and serve millions of users
• Integrate new data sources (recovery, HRV, menstrual cycle, environmental conditions) and scale models globally
• Build organisational processes, data pipelines and feedback loops to enable high-quality, repeatable product decisions
