Product Manager

• Report directly to Head of Product and take ownership of the Train product pillar
• Lead and manage a world-class cross-functional Train Team of ~30 people (engineers across ML, modelling/simulation, full-stack, product managers, designers)
• Directly manage and mentor a team of three product managers, developing their capabilities and careers
• Define vision, set north star, own product strategy and roadmap for the Train Team
• Build the next layer of leadership within the product org
• Raise the bar for product excellence by setting expectations, frameworks and lightweight processes
• Act as feedback loop between market signals, team performance and company goals; remove organisational blockers
• Collaborate closely with founders, leadership, coaches and wider product team
• Work at scale: ensure adaptive training engine and ML models process millions of workouts weekly and serve millions of users
• Integrate new data sources (recovery, HRV, menstrual cycle, environmental conditions) and scale models globally
• Build organisational processes, data pipelines and feedback loops to enable high-quality, repeatable product decisions
