About the role
- Serve as an accounting subject matter expert supporting new clients in best practices for setting up their accounting integration with Rundoo (from scratch or migrating prior systems)
- Lead client calls for accounting questions and integration support (primary, ~80% of role)
- Provide product feedback on new accounting integration features and participate in bi-weekly product feedback meetings (~15% of role)
- Collaborate with the implementation and client success teams; attend weekly implementation meetings (~5% of role)
- Monitor and respond to internal Slack channels for accounting questions and feedback
- Function as a consultative expert (scheduling and software handled by implementation team)
Requirements
- CPA
- 2 years of accounting experience
- Experience consulting for small, retail businesses
- Ability to work remotely
- Familiarity with paint and hardware or related industries (preferred)
- Experience with accounting integrations - specifically with Quickbooks (preferred)
- Provide 2 substantial references (reference check in interview process)
