Serve as an accounting subject matter expert supporting new clients in best practices for setting up their accounting integration with Rundoo (from scratch or migrating prior systems)
Lead client calls for accounting questions and integration support (primary, ~80% of role)
Provide product feedback on new accounting integration features and participate in bi-weekly product feedback meetings (~15% of role)
Collaborate with the implementation and client success teams; attend weekly implementation meetings (~5% of role)
Monitor and respond to internal Slack channels for accounting questions and feedback
Function as a consultative expert (scheduling and software handled by implementation team)
Requirements
CPA
2 years of accounting experience
Experience consulting for small, retail businesses
Ability to work remotely
Familiarity with paint and hardware or related industries (preferred)
Experience with accounting integrations - specifically with Quickbooks (preferred)
Provide 2 substantial references (reference check in interview process)
