• Provide outstanding service through phone, video, and written communication (email and text).
• Work directly with customers to answer questions and resolve issues.
• Provide education and maintain our reputation for exceptional service.
• Support Canadian Transporters, Shippers, and Sales with organizational skills.
• Perform operational and sales support including order entry and sourcing.
• Update and progress orders.
• Oversee client order entry for accuracy and pricing.
• Update ACC re-services platform with quoting, orders, updates, and invoicing.
• Coordinate/organize quote requests.
