About the role
- Lead and own the market entry and go‑to‑market strategy for the Netherlands
- Drive business development and enterprise sales across the public and/or private sector (B2B/B2G)
- Identify new business opportunities and develop tailored solutions for different industries
- Manage the full enterprise sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery through solution design, negotiation, and closing
- Identify, acquire, and grow lighthouse and reference customers, particularly in regulated industries
- Recruit, onboard, and manage partners (resellers, system integrators, consultancies)
Requirements
- Several years of senior-level experience in B2B SaaS business development, enterprise sales, or key account management
- Proven experience in building markets (“first-in-market”) or developing new business areas
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, cloud technologies, and digital transformation processes
- Language skills: English (C2), Dutch (C2); German is a plus
