About the role

  • Lead and own the market entry and go‑to‑market strategy for the Netherlands
  • Drive business development and enterprise sales across the public and/or private sector (B2B/B2G)
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop tailored solutions for different industries
  • Manage the full enterprise sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery through solution design, negotiation, and closing
  • Identify, acquire, and grow lighthouse and reference customers, particularly in regulated industries
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage partners (resellers, system integrators, consultancies)

Requirements

  • Several years of senior-level experience in B2B SaaS business development, enterprise sales, or key account management
  • Proven experience in building markets (“first-in-market”) or developing new business areas
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, cloud technologies, and digital transformation processes
  • Language skills: English (C2), Dutch (C2); German is a plus
