- Aim to create a world where mental health is embraced as integral to overall well-being.
- Provide evidence-based, compassionate care to empower individuals and make a positive impact.
- About the Role: Architect data products powering insights for patient engagement to clinical operations.
- Work hands-on in dbt, Redshift, Looker and Hex to design trusted, scalable data models.
- Partner cross-functionally with data scientists, product managers, data team members and operational leaders.
- Turn complex questions into elegant data solutions and drive processes and technical architecture improvements.
- Build a clean, well-documented analytics layer in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Data Science or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of composite data experience (analytics engineering, data engineering, or business intelligence roles), 4+ directly in analytics engineering, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality data models and reporting assets.
- Advanced proficiency with dbt (Cloud or Core) and experience designing modular, well-documented transformation layers in a modern data stack.
- Expert SQL skills, with a deep understanding of data modeling best practices—particularly in a Kimball-style dimensional warehouse.
- Expertise with the modern data stack, including a deep understanding of performance tuning with cloud warehouses including Redshift.
- Hands-on experience with BI tools, preferably Looker, including explore and dashboard development and LookML configuration.
- A product mindset—you're focused on enabling others through clean, reusable data assets rather than one-off analyses.
- Preferred: Experience building and maintaining a centralized semantic layer for a multi-team or multi-domain environment.
- Preferred: Experience working in a healthcare or regulated data environment, with an understanding of HIPAA or PHI considerations in analytics.
- Preferred: Exposure to event-based data models (e.g., user interaction or engagement logs) and translating them into reporting-friendly structures.
- Preferred: Comfort working in stakeholder-facing roles, helping non-technical teams frame data questions and self-serve from curated datasets.
- Preferred: Experience contributing to data platform or data governance initiatives, such as metric standardization, data cataloging, or access management.
- Preferred: Familiarity with CI/CD practices in analytics engineering, including dbt Cloud jobs, testing frameworks, and version control (e.g., Git).
