About the role
- Strategic support and development of our drugstore and organic specialty retail customers
- Expansion of the private label and branded business, including tenders, product developments and relaunches
- Preparation and conduct of strategy, pricing and end-to-end supply chain discussions
- Development and implementation of customer-specific category concepts across all marketing dimensions
- Analysis of market, consumer/shopper and competitor data
- Management of sales and profit development, production planning and KPI monitoring
- Close collaboration with Purchasing, Product Development, Marketing and Supply Chain at our Quakenbrück site
Requirements
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics with a focus on Marketing & Sales, or a comparable field (Bachelor/Master)
- Several years of successful experience in FMCG sales, ideally in the drugstore/organic sector or in private label sales
- Confident understanding of category management, costing, trade mechanics and price/terms models
- Proficient handling of market research and sales data and an analytical working style
- Strong communication and negotiation skills combined with a confident demeanor
- Strong customer orientation and a good sense for consumer trends
- Initiative, team spirit and a structured approach—even when facing complex challenges
