About the role
- You will learn how an online shop is structured and how it operates
- In addition to content maintenance, you will support the development of target-group‑oriented marketing measures
- Analyzing key performance indicators is also part of your responsibilities
- You will evaluate customer user behavior and analyse concepts for customer-friendly user interfaces
- You will become acquainted with other departments such as marketing, sales, purchasing and our product management teams
- You will actively take part in customer calls, advise customers, provide technical know‑how and sell appropriate projects
- You will also work on project-based tasks and plan your own projects
Requirements
