About the role
- Assist with processing player payout requests in accordance with company policies.
- Perform routine checks on payouts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support verification workflows for KYC (Know Your Customer) and fraud prevention processes.
- Help maintain records of payout activity and verification steps.
- Work with the customer support team to address basic payout-related inquiries from players.
- Escalate any suspicious or unusual activity to the AML / risk team.
- Monitor payout processes and flag operational issues or inconsistencies.
- Support internal audits and compliance checks as required.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in customer support, payments operations, or financial operations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of payout workflows and verification procedures.
- Good written communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal teams.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, dashboards, and operational tools.
- High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive financial or personal information.
- Ability to follow defined operational processes and learn quickly.
