About the role

  • Responsible for the growth of new portfolio products by driving demand and transactions with the Rubrik sales organisation
  • Work closely with product management and the growth team
  • Define and execute sales plans for the assigned territory to meet and exceed quota
  • Develop and manage pipeline to move a large number of strategic transactions
  • Identify new opportunities for growth
  • Present Rubrik, Inc. solutions within complex Enterprise IT environments

Requirements

  • 15+ years Tech sales experience in a startup environment (selling either IT Infrastructure or Cloud/SaaS)
  • Well experienced product specialist sales experience in cloud, security, infrastructure
  • Well experienced in positioning cyber security solutions
  • Consistent track record landing net “new logos”
  • Strong track record of performance selling to End User Fortune 1000
  • Understanding and experience working with various stakeholders at the customer side
