Support day to day planning and orchestration of blueprint activities for the R2R workstream
Collaborate with business and digital team members and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide guidance on utilizing the ERP system effectively
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that leveraging S/4HANA, enhancing our workstream processes in alignment desired RTX operating model and industry best practices
Support creation of new and innovative solutions to support digital and business strategies and common design aspirations
Support the evaluation of options for bolt-on applications and make recommendations based on functional requirements, desired RTX operating model, and industry best practices
Assist data team and process teams in data mapping activities and testing
Document common solutions, including configuration documents, process flows and data policies
Deliver functional specifications for any forms, reports, enhancements, conversion programs, integrations and workflows deemed in scope of the workstream as part of program
Requirements
Minimum 10+ years experience with Record to Report (R2R) digital experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics or equivalent combination of related work and schooling in lieu of degree
Experience in Record to Report (R2R)
Experience with SAP S4 HANA transformation
Strong understanding of finance processes including Finance Master Data, Allocations, FP&A, Financial Reporting, Tax, Treasury, Intercompany, G/L, Fixed Assets, Payroll, Period Close & Consolidation, Project Accounting, Revenue Recognition
Program Management: Ability to plan, manage & deliver across numerous bodies of work helping to translate business needs into system requirements and process improvements
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP systems including system configuration, data management, and reporting capabilities
Experience working on large, complex A&D enterprise projects -- or similarly regulated, large organization
Experience with agile frameworks/iterative approaches to software development and implementation projects
Ability to Travel up to 30%
