Negotiate and administer multiple subcontract types, to include but not limited to, Firm Fixed Price, Cost Reimbursement, Time, and Materials, as well as development/R&D efforts.
Evaluate, identify, and select suppliers that meet Raytheon requirements.
Develop business partner relationship with suppliers.
Generate and negotiate Long Term Price Agreements and other related agreements.
Work closely with Program Office representatives and Engineering to define and implement procurement strategies and develop subcontract Statements of Work.
Solicit competitive and single/sole source proposals from prospective subcontractors, perform source selection analysis, and employ price and cost analysis techniques to make a fair and reasonable price determination.
Monitor subcontractor performance metrics and recommend/implement corrective actions as necessary.
Prepare subcontract documentation in accordance with established company, customer and government FAR and DFAR regulations.
Requirements
Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.
Experience with reading and understanding drawing specifications.
Experience with supplier management.
Experience working within SAP software application.
Experience in leading formal negotiations (price, schedule, and supplier exceptions to contractual flow downs).
