About the role
- Responsible for leading & coaching on FLIGHT DECK activation
- Implementation of Value Stream Management & Daily Management Systems
- Building & delivering against a Transformation Roadmap
- Development & execution to metrics (PPIs, KPIs, & TTIs) that drive business outcomes
- Ownership of current state VSM and annual updates to future state VSM
- Ongoing maintenance of roadmap items and stakeholder engagement
- Establishing, scaling, and maturing the operating cadences & daily management required for VSM success
- Responsible for supporting processes related to the organizations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree accredited college or university
- Minimum of 5 years of Supply Chain / manufacturing / business operations / lean experience
