About the role
- Partner with project managers to standardize processes and perform data analytics for supply chain environmental and human rights due diligence
- Work as part of a cross-industry intern team on a sustainability challenge through collaboration with the International Aerospace Environmental Group (IAEG)
- Support high-impact transformation projects across Collins Supply Chain functions, driving change in operations
- Engage with cross-functional and industry stakeholders to develop strategies that amplify supply chain initiatives
- Develop project and change management fundamentals through hands-on project work
- Translate supply chain data insights into actionable plans aligned with organizational goals
- Support sustainability reporting, supply chain due diligence, and responsible procurement strategy development
- Collaborate with cross-industry teams to ideate and implement sustainable solutions
Requirements
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline
- U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status) as defined in posting
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the company’s immigration sponsorship now or in the future

- The company will not seek an export authorization for this role
- Preferred: Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Sustainability, Data Analytics, Business or related field
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Passion for sustainability and a desire to learn about innovative practices in supply chain management
