About the role
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance supplier performance, optimize delivery schedules, and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Develop and support recovery plans for suppliers not meeting on-time delivery and operational performance goals
- Serve as a liaison between suppliers and Customer Account Managers to resolve service-related issues
- Compile and analyze supplier performance data to create and publish monthly supplier scorecards
- Ensure supplier adherence to the Aftermarket Product Support Agreement (PSA)
- Support aftermarket repair and overhaul of aerospace components and gain exposure to ERP systems (SAP), Lean Six Sigma principles, and strategic sourcing practices
- Full-time, Monday–Friday co-op work (January–August) with mentorship and hands-on supply chain experience
Requirements
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline
- U.S. citizenship is required (job requires a U.S. Person)
- Student must be available for a full-time, Monday-Friday co-op session January–August (including the Spring semester) and is expected to take a semester off from coursework to fully engage
- Preferred: Previous experience or coursework in supply chain, operations, or customer service
- Preferred: Knowledge of the aftermarket and aerospace industry
- Preferred: Experience working with ERP systems (SAP)
- Preferred: Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies
