Train internal operations personnel and mentor other team members on the TMS platform
Provide post-launch support
Maintain TMS implementation documentation as required for Standard Work
Collaborate with stakeholders to refine TMS outbound shipping processes
Drive TMS outbound savings
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to exceed TMS project savings targets
Prepare briefings, presentations, and training documentation

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and 8-10 years relevant experience
Strong analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Knowledge of international trade and customs requirements
Fluency in English required
Fluency in French, German, or Polish highly desired
