About the role
- Provide human resources leadership to key business initiatives.
- Support senior leaders to drive the talent agenda, build organizational capability and manage change.
- Oversee large-scale organizational effectiveness programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure enterprise-level impact.
- Lead organizational design initiatives for multiple business units.
- Advise senior leaders on workforce optimization, including role rationalization and succession planning.
- Build organizational capability and anticipate future business needs.
- Provide strategic insights on workforce planning and leadership development.
- Support key HR processes for leadership teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and 12 years of progressive HR experience, OR an Advanced Degree and 10 years of progressive HR experience.
- Ability to effectively and clearly convey information, ideas, and emotions, both verbally and nonverbally, and to actively listen and understand others.
- Experience as a strategic HR business partner in a manufacturing, aerospace, or defense environment.
- Proven track record of driving HR priorities that align with business strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and influence leaders to elevate their impact.
- Experience in a complex, matrixed organization.
