About the role
- Perform talent sourcing, mapping and recruiting
- Contact candidates to elicit interest in opportunities, obtain referrals, and/or collect market intelligence
- Own the accuracy, quality, and integrity of all Search information
- Develop market presence and personal brand as an ambassador of RTX
- Foster an environment of collaboration
- Research competitors and industry trends to develop creative outreach to attract perspective candidates
- Measure the success of sourcing and outreach through tracking metrics
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship is required
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of relevant work experience
- Minimum 5 years of sourcing and recruiting experience in competitive market spaces
- Experience as a visionary sourcer, using creative sourcing strategies across various tools
