About the role
- Communicate with external parties not employed by RTX including customer base, vendors, other government employees and international customers
- Build and maintain business relationships with potential customers and their US government counterparts
- Participate in the development of strategic plans and country strategies
- Coordinate and execute a prioritized plan of action and milestones focusing on closing Foreign Military Sales (FMS) pursuits
- Provide subject matter expertise in US and international customers' procurement process and acquisition strategy
- Prepare and request international licensing and agreements
- Collaborate with RTX Global Government Relations (GGR) at the Federal, State, and Local levels on Public Policy in their advocation and development of new technologies and our current systems
- Coordinate and manage program associated New Business Investment accounts, capture and proposal gate reviews, new business assessment and pipeline reviews, customer engagements and international Sales Intermediaries
- Support development of Air Dominance investment strategies, advance next generation technologies, and promote new growth opportunities
- Approximately 40% domestic and international travel
