About the role
- Work closely with EQA Regional Leads and Ops Excellence lead to support the audit schedule.
- Plan, lead, and/or conduct Enterprise Quality Audits for QMS compliance.
- Perform formal responsibilities of a Lead Auditor such as audit planning, conducting opening and closing meetings.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Complete and issue detailed audit reports, including findings and non-conformances.
- Develop and implement compliance-related improvement projects and processes.
- Analyze audit performance to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Present audit data analytics to leadership and support talent development within the team.
Requirements
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 7 years’ experience.
- Certification as an Aerospace Auditor (AA) or Aerospace Experienced Auditor (AEA)
- Strong knowledge of Quality Audit programs and industry regulations.
