About the role
- Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on all aspects of Total Rewards, including compensation strategy, pay decisions, and program design
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of compensation and/or benefits programs aligned to business strategy and market competitiveness
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure consistent application of pay practices, governance, and policies across the organization
- Conduct and interpret market analyses to inform pay positioning, structure design, and competitive strategy
- Support annual compensation processes and provide guidance on complex or sensitive pay decisions
- Drive initiatives to optimize workforce affordability, including labor mix, pay progression, and cost management strategies
- Translate data and insights into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership
- Lead or contribute to enterprise-wide Total Rewards projects, including system enhancements, process improvements, and new program development
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal governance standards
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering strong technical expertise and business acumen
Requirements
- A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience
- Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in Total Rewards or related disciplines with increasing scope and impact
- Experience managing or leading large-scale compensation programs or initiatives
