About the role

  • Identify, prioritize, and implement process automation and process improvement activities across the overall order fulfillment process
  • Validate internal customer demands for material, software, and services for completeness and accuracy
  • Determine the compliant and optimal approach to requisition setup to enable seamless downstream execution of contractual orders
  • Prioritize the creation and release of compliant procurement requisitions in the appropriate procurement system (APEX, PRISM, ARIBA, or SRM)
  • Provide requisition issuance oversight and communication of status throughout the procurement cycle from requisition to purchase order to material receipt and through to invoice posting and payment
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to facilitate the Procurement to Pay process that includes identifying and managing corrective actions

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience
  • Experience with SAP, APEX, PRISM, ARIBA, & SRM
  • Experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Adobe
