About the role
- Lead the data visualization ecosystem, overseeing development in Qlik, Power BI and Workday
- Collaborate with Insights Product & Delivery, Enterprise Infrastructure, Data Platforms and other stakeholders
- Mentor and grow a high-performing team of BI Developers
- Lead BI development initiatives across Qlik Sense, Power BI and Workday reporting
- Partner with Product and Data Platform teams to embed BI solutions into product roadmaps
- Continuously evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, such as machine learning, predictive analytics, and natural language processing
Requirements
- A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience
- Minimum two years experience with technical expertise in managing and developing solutions on platforms such as Power BI, and preferably Qlik Sense and Workday
- Minimum one year experience leading or managing a team of BI professionals, including goal setting, prioritization, coaching, and performance feedback
- Prior experience working with workforce data across the employee lifecycle (hire-to-retire), two years minimum
