About the role

  • Support the Global Trade Investigations group by, among other things, preparing management briefings and reports, maintaining investigations data and records, and providing general investigations and disclosures assistance
  • Work with the Global Trade Investigations group and the broader Global Trade organization to prepare and track Pratt & Whitney’s regulatory filings with government agencies
  • Develop and maintain reports, tools, and metrics to track compliance data
  • Continually enhance and improve Pratt & Whitney’s “Speak Up” culture while acting with integrity at all times

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of professional work experience in a Legal, Regulatory, or Global Trade function; OR an Advanced Degree and 5+ years of professional work experience in a Legal, Regulatory, or Global Trade function
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication ability
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, analytical capabilities, and judgment
  • U.S. citizenship, due to certain program restrictions
  • Familiarity and experience with U.S. export, import, and sanctions regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
  • Sophistication in the use and understanding of digital technology tools and platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to work with minimal daily supervision and balance numerous priorities within competing timeframes
