About the role

  • Partner with diverse teams across the organization to ensure the seamless integration and successful delivery of solutions, adhering to SAFe's collaborative ethos.
  • Articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences, fostering seamless collaboration across SAFe teams.
  • Enhance DevOps methodologies and AIOps strategies, championing containerization and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks associated with projects and initiatives, considering the broader implications within the SAFe context.
  • Develop and support integration strategies with existing enterprise systems.
  • Collaborate with AI engineers and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure AI solution scalability, security, and compliance.
  • Enable efficient deployment of AI solutions by internal AI engineers.
  • Ensure solutions meet the needs of business users across the enterprise through proactive issue identification and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Experience in IT, cloud operations, software development, or similar technical roles
  • At least two years experience with AWS/Azure services
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, automation tools)
  • Understanding of AI/ML applications and their components
  • Strong, demonstrated analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
