Partner closely as primary contact for senior leaders of Raytheon Talent team and RTX to understand and translate strategic business and talent priorities into analytics use cases, requirements, and metrics.
Effectively manage expectations, communicate progress, and translate complex analytical findings into clear business implications.
Work with key stakeholders to prioritize initiatives based on business value, impact potential, and alignment with broader business, talent, and workforce intelligence strategies.
Partner closely with the broader Workforce Intelligence team on prioritization of operational analytics and enablement to reflect business priorities.

Requirements

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience.
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, or HR Technology; experience with HR data is required.
Prior experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and excellent understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and reporting technologies (e.g., Snowflake, SQL).
Ability to understand the business context and use cases for different types of HR data, especially domain knowledge across Talent.
