About the role
- Partner closely as primary contact for senior leaders of Raytheon Talent team and RTX to understand and translate strategic business and talent priorities into analytics use cases, requirements, and metrics.
- Effectively manage expectations, communicate progress, and translate complex analytical findings into clear business implications.
- Work with key stakeholders to prioritize initiatives based on business value, impact potential, and alignment with broader business, talent, and workforce intelligence strategies.
- Partner closely with the broader Workforce Intelligence team on prioritization of operational analytics and enablement to reflect business priorities.
Requirements
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, or HR Technology; experience with HR data is required.
- Prior experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and excellent understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and reporting technologies (e.g., Snowflake, SQL).
- Ability to understand the business context and use cases for different types of HR data, especially domain knowledge across Talent.
