About the role
- Will have direct supervisory duties for 4-10 Agreements personnel.
- Oversee the planning, release and management of all aspects of Long Term terms agreements
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with supply base
- Support Mission Area's material acquisition strategy with supplier/strategic partners that spans all phases of life cycle through use of Long Term Agreements where applicable
- Work with the Agreements team and various IPTs in evaluating performance to plan, assessing variances, and initiating corrective actions
- Provide routine status report to the senior level managements (program, supplier, internal SCM)
- Support Program proposals, negotiations, and customer reviews
- Proactively recognize risk and risk impact and work to resolve with appropriate customer contacts and internal counterparts
- Support other tasks as required as this role is evolving
Requirements
- Typically Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience in a related field or industry or an Advanced degree and 7 years experience.
- Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
- U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.
